Instacart delivery window

When scheduling our delivery from Total Wine, I chose the time window of 2-5 pm. When I got the email confirmation, it says delivery will be between 4-5 pm. I would love to not have to be at the resort until 4 pm, but definitely don't want to miss the delivery. Does anyone have any experience with a similar discrepancy? If so, how did it work out?

Instacart will go to Total Wine to pick up the wine, then deliver it all to you. Just pick your Instacart time to be say 4p-5p or better 5p-6p, then that is when it all will be delivered. The time you pick at Total Wine is when the Instacart person will be picking the wine up. HTH.
 
Thanks for the info, it is helpful to know that the window is when the order will be picked up. But the only time options for Total Wine were 2-3 hour windows; the 2-5 pm was least objectionable for our plans. The Publix delivery did allow the 1 hour window; that is set for 4-5 pm.

So I'm still unsure about the Total Wine delivery time. 🙁
 
When I ordered this past October, they didn't pat attention to my delivery window. I picked 12p - 2pm and they attempted delivery by 10am. My flight landed at 10:30am so I missed delivery and had to reschedule for later time.
