Instacart Deliveries

I’m a dork, I know. I have never used Instacart before, but I want to have a case of water and sunscreen delivered to my hotel. Do I need to be at the hotel when they deliver, or will the front desk hold it for me?

Depends on the hotel. Some will hold at the bell services or front desk (but may not refrigerate/ freeze items), others will require you to pickup directly from the driver (either at your room or a mutual location on property). Keep in mind that some hotels will charge you a fee if they have to handle (store) the items.

Probably best to contact your hotel and ask what their policy is since everyone's will be different. If you tell us where you are staying, someone may be able to answer ithere.

at the grand you can pick up from the lobby or if youre not there at the time of delivery they can send you a picture of your bell services tag

Anyone know what can be done at Bay Lake Tower? Hoping to have a delivery dropped off at Bell services there while we are at the parks.
