Yes. DH and I did the "baths" in a German spa town. We even did it on co-ed day. Everyone just walks from station to station without looking at one another. LOL

They did have portions that were separate-- like the last station which has 18 degrees C water. I guess they wanted to spare the guys any embarassment.
