Lets pretend that your family worked like a game of Survivor and you can "vote" someone out of your tribe...

Who would be the first one to leave your island?

Most of the really bad ones in my life are gone, either through death or divorce - father, exhusband, exMIL, exSIL that was married (3rd wife) to my oldest brother.

I think right now I would have to go for my middle brothers wife right now.. just 'cause she is being an inconsiderate butthead to me.

DH's step father. Selfish SOB who purposely tries to divert MIL's attention from her only grandkids to him when she only sees the grandkids 1-2 times a year. Apparently HIS grandkids are enough; she doesn't need any of her own.

Sad to say, but I'd be out in both families. My inlaws can't stand me and right now my own parents don't like me much either. Everyone needs a scapegoat for their own misery and right now I'm it.

Frankly at this point, I'm ready to leave the island - I'd vote for me too!

My SIL. I have so many unbelievable stories about her!

She considers fruit roll-ups a member of the "fiber" food group.
She packs frosting tubes in her son's lunch as a dessert.
She thought everyone received a tax refund.
She had a fit at Epcot when we didn't want to eat at Le Cellier at 11:00 am (we had finished breakfast at 9:00) which prompted her to say a four letter word in front ot the Seven Dwarfs in Germany.

Oh, did I forget? She's a kindergarten teacher.

I would vote my mother in law off so fast her head would spin. She totally ignores my one daughter that has been the nicest to her of 3 grandchildren.

My husband died( her son ) and she ignores us most of the time but she tells everyone else in the family how useless my middle child is. She also didn't send her a card on her birthday and they share the same birthdate.

My daughter would do just about anything for her grandma and she can't give Katie the time of day.

MIL needs a reality check!!!!
