Great thread!:thumbsup2

I have a white west highland terrier called Jock (hence my user name Jockey). He is 9 years old and is a little gem! . He is very laid back, apart from when the postman comes to the door! He is also very patient with my DS Matthew who is 15 months and thinks he is a teddy :) !

We have our 9 year old border collier called Ellie, who loves any ball game but prefers a game of football best.

I've got 13 year old cairn terrier called Dill and 13 year old cocker spaniel Polly. They were all I got from my first marriage. Two dogs, a bag of clothes and the stereo.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Hi, we have a 3 year old cairn terrier, but she is scared of the dark and things that make a noise like carrier bags!

Dill has suddenly become scared of the dark and goes into a panic at bedtime which only subsides if I let her on our bed, but she then takes over so that's not practical. It's got so bad that I took her to the vet on Wednesday and she's now on bedtime valium for a fortnight to try to get her through it.
I was up all Christmas eve with her asleep on my lap on the settee and I'm still shattered!!

Aren't they all gorgeous?
These are my 3.

The big fella is Louie our 5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, he's a big softy.
Rudi the cat is almost 16, he's already outlived 2 Staffies and yes he is being cleaned by Buttons a Staffie cross Jack Russell, who is almost 1 year old and came to us back in the summer, she'd been picked up with her brother by the RSPCA after a tip off, neither had any fur whatsoever, at 4 months both were suffering from severe sarcoptic mange, she spent another 4 months at the RSPCA whilst they treated the condition and then we were lucky enough to be chosen to take her in August - she is absolutely adorable and very very loving.

I have 2 18 month old cats called Maddy and Akai, 2 9 month old guinea pigs called greedy and pig!! and loads of fish 2 tropical tanks 1 cold water tank and a pond full in the garden. oh and not forgetting DH (not quite house trained yet!!!!!!!!!):rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

We have 5 chickens in our back garden, to which 1/2 of which I haven't the foggest as to what we named them, and we have lots of goldfish.

We have one in a bowl by itself since it's a goldfish called Tallulah and we have 8 in a goldfish tank. They are called Moo and Mini Moo (they are both White with black spots on them.. :lmao: ), Cherry and Apple (Both White with a red tail; apple is a smaller version), Tigger (he's stripy. :cloud9: ), Flo (which has no resembelance to the one in FN; it's orange and black ~ sister's idea) and Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum since they are identical, though I can't describe them I haven't quite seen them myself!

I hope to get more; probably some clownfish since they an interesting species. (not because of FN!! :rotfl: ) I would call them "Nemo" and "Nema". :teeth:

Lovely photos everyone. Until about a month ago we had a goldfish called Fletch. He got so big for his tank that we took him to the local garden centre (my BIL is manager) and he now lives in a large, beautiful pond and is fed regularly. It was always hit and miss in our house, either no one fed him or everyone fed him:rotfl:

We have 2 cats, Thomas 8 a long haired ginger and white softee and Cassie 10 a grey and peach tortashell who still thinks shes a kitten and totally mad. I also have Jessie a beautiful bay 15.1 horse, who is 16 now but still acts like the 3 year old i bought 13 years ago!!! I am allergic to animals but have built up a good resistance to my own, but have to be very careful not to touch my face after touching other animals!!!

Love all the photos, will try to post some when dh can help me work out how!!

We don't have any animals as I don't like them at all ....sorry:confused3

We have a black cat called Purdy, she's 16 yrs old, a goldfish with no name...aaawww...and up until a few weeks ago we had a hamster called Fudge.

We have 3 dogs, Ellie is a Welsh Springer Spaniel who is 6 and as mad as a hatter! And 2 Labradors who are nearly 4 who are litter sisters! Izzy is Chocolate and gorgeous and Jessie is black and beautiful! My life definately wouldn't be the same without dogs!

We also have a snake! She's a Californian King Snake who is about 12 years old which my husband has had since she was a baby! She's actually very cute! I was very nervous of her when we first got together but now 8 years on, she's also part of the family!! My husband took on my 2 teenagers so the least I could do was love his snake!!:)

Some lovely pet pictures in this thread :goodvibes
I don't have any pets at the moment but have owned rabbits, goldfish and a cat in the past and my sister has had hamsters and gerbils :) Bf's mum has 7 (yes you read that right! *LOL*) rottweilers, all daft as brushes :rotfl:
Me and bf really want to get a miniature schnauzer puppy sometime this year, hopefully soon!

We have two Birman Cats, Coco who is nine and Poppy May who is eight. Coco is like Peter Pan I don't think he will ever grow up he acts like a kitten. We don't need an alarm clock at home as Poppy May wakes us up each morning at around 5.30am yowling, I have never heard a noise like it, she is a white cat with blue eyes and I suspect that she is deaf and can't hear the racket she is making !!

How cute Jules :) Obviously not for you at 5.30am!!!

We have 3 cats. Buttons and Annie (named by our girls when they were little) are brother and sister. They're long-haired ginger and white moggies and 12 years old (or thereabouts). Molson is about a year younger and she's a short-haired tabby.

In some ways I'd like a dog, but they're such a tie. I always liken owning a dog to having a toddler who never grows up.

My brother and s-i-l have just got a kitten and now I want one!
