I had tons of male platonic friends when I was single. Most of them are married now so we see them as a couple or not at all. I would have no problem seeing my old friends without dh if the occasion arose, but can honestly say the opportunity has never come up. If I ran into a male friend at a coffeeshop I'd have no problem having a cup of coffee, but if we were setting a time to get together later it would definately include our spouses.
That said, I certainly don't go out of my way to seek out male friendships now. I relate to men very differently as a married woman. If I want a man's opinion, I ask my husband. I socialize with my husband - so if I enjoy a man's company I'd want to introduce him to my husband as well. My husband knows my girl friends too. I really don't have any friendships that specifically exclude my dh. If a work friendship leaves the office, then that would include my dh as well.
My friendship with dh is the most important one, if ANY friendship were interfering with that then something would have to change.
