Saffron (Maggie) posted a thread earlier about fruitcake (which I love, btw!) and catsrule (MJ) answered that she hated both fruitcake AND eggnog.

Now, eggnog is something I detest - but DH's family just loves the stuff.

So - belly up to the bar and tell me whether you drink eggnog or not....

Eggnog and fruitcake! That says Christmas! Anyone know what a sugar plum is?? How about Christmas pudding??? And a big giant YAY to gingerbread and lemon sauce! Ahhh, the tastes and smells of Christmas!

Yuck to the fruitcake, Mmmmm to the eggnog! I really like it, but I like to mix it, half and half, with skim milk We have a great brand here - Turkey Hill - but that stuff is almost as thick as a milkshake.
