What is your favorite comfort food?

Mine is turkey and stuffing...and all the other great "thanksgiving" fixings.
Waking up to snow really put me in the mood for comfort food, not to mention the crappy day I'm having.
So we're having squash bisque, turkey breast (in the crock pot...how cool is that?) stuffing, potato, cranberry sauce, flaky bisquits, and homemade apple pie for dessert.
