I find it hard to believe that someone has never eaten at Crystal Palace :o but then again most people find it hard to believe that I had never eaten at O'Hana's before this last visit  ...and we only ate there because Dayna suggested it. :D

:o So, now Dayna finds it hard to believe that I have never eaten at The California Grill. :o

Where have YOU never eaten?

:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

I haven't eaten at O'Hana's or the California Grill! Most of the restaurants I've missed are at the resorts.

I haven't eaten at a bunch of restaurants but, I have eaten at CP and 50's and lots of the fast food places. Never done Cindy's or, like I said, a ton of others!

I haven't eaten at Chefs de France or the Moroccan rest. at Epcot.

MK-Tony's or LTT

MGM- Brown Derby, Mama Melrose's

Resorts...Spoodles, Flying Fish, Citricos, Narcooses, Chef Mickey's Boma and I'm sure a bunch of others.

My mom and I just did Morroco for the very first time on our last trip. We really enjoyed it. They offered a lunch special that included an appetizer, the entree and dessert. We also had "entertainment"! First, a musician came out and then the belly dancer!! :D She even came around and asked if we would like to try it. All I kept thinking is...I would if I were here for DIS-CON and some of the others would get up with me!! :D :D My mom and I graciously declined.
I've never eaten at 1900 Park Faire or the other fancy restaurant at the GF. (Victoria and Albert's?) I've never eaten at the California Grill, either. Shocking, isn't it?
I'm sure there are more resort restuarants I haven't hit yet. But I'd need the guide book to help me list them all. :)
We'll just have to fix these little things once we get to WDW then! :D

Probably the biggies that I haven't done that many others have done are:

Tonys in MK
Le Cellier in EPCOT (Canada)
Prime Time/Sci Fi Dine In in MGM

AND....

California Grill

:jester: :jester: :jester: :jester:

Haven't eaten at Cindy's, LeCellier, Hoop de Doo but all (hoping for CRT) on our next visit in August.........

Tia and Barb
I haven't eaten at California Grill either Well, I did way back when it was "Top of The World", but not since it changed.

Maybe we should try and hit it in December.
Corinne

Before DIS-Con I had never eaten at...Boma's, 50's Prime Time, The Brown Derby, Le Cellier (Canada), Tepanyaki (Japan), and I had never seen Fantasmic at WDW, eaten a Dole Whip, or ridden Splash Mountain! :earseek: Shocking, I know. :::tisk tisk tisk::: ;)

I'm hoping to broaden my WDW restaurant experience again in December. :) :) :)

Corinne, I think we might have to get A California Grill meal put together. ;) :)

MK- Tony's or LTT
Epcot - Italy

Resorts - LOTS. I have not done California Grill, anything at GF (except Victoria & Albert's got to do it on a business trip years ago and it was great!) I have not done O'Hanas or anything else at Poly either  I know that this is shameful!

I haven't eaten at a lot of the resorts....but I've done the California Grille, Jiko, Boma, etc.

I've never eaten at Chef Mickey's or V&A's (and not likely to do V&A), Cape May, 1900 Park Faire......

I have done all the countries...I have not done California Grille and of course Crystal Palace.. I have done O'Hana many times.. This last visit I ate breakfast at the Kona Cafe.. a first for me.. I have not done Boma or Jiko(sp??) yet.. I have eaten at all the restaurants at the Floridian.. I have done Shula's and the other restaurants at the S/D... I have eaten at the Contemporary restaurants...I have not done Mama Melrose.. if I think of anything else, I will post.. I have done all the restaurants at Wilderness Lodge too...

I haven't eaten at Hoop-Dee-Doo or Polynesian Luau, Spoodles, Shula's Steak House, Victoria and Alberts, and so many, many more.

The Contemporary Resort's California Grille restaurant is a little more expensive, for families, and they only serve dinner and they don't open until 5:30 P.M., but they make great oak-fired beef filet, soups, and brulle's(sp).

In December, the sunset is very early (around 6:00 P.M.) and so I used to make a 5:30 P.M. priority seating, ask for a window seat to watch the MK Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks, I also said that I would wait for the seat.

I could watch a beautiful sunset over WDW. The CR-CG is on the top floor and has floor to ceiling glass walls facing the GF resort.

Then if MK closes at 6:00 or 7:00 P.M., I get to watch the MK FitS fireworks. They turn down the lights, play the synchronized music...it is very magical.

If anyone wants to do it, I'll be glad to go with a group of DISers.

This is so much fun.

Thank you, Mr. Pete Werner for such a wonderful web site to plan our Wonderful World of Disney Magical DIS meets.

RaySharpton :)

I can't begin to name all the places that I haven't eaten at WDW. Up until last July, we had never eaten at Le Cellier. We had a wonderful evening meal there with a couple of CM's that I met through the RADP newsgroup. Since tasting that wonderful cheddar cheese soup at Le Cellier, I've been back there many times. I just wonder how many other wonderful places I've missed out on. I guess I'll join Tia, Corinne, and Ray at DIScon 2002 and tryout some new eateries.

Hmmm........Many places I have not yet.
I think I want to try Morroco, Bongos, Crystal Palace, Artists Point. Those are ones off the top of my head.

Ohhhh, there are soooooooo many places I haven't tried yet. How about we plan ALL mini meets around 3 square meals a day? :D j/k :p

Last DIS-Con...almost everything was new for me.....I'm hoping to keep up this trend. ;)

So, John, what am I-chopped liver? You don't want to join me, too, to try new eateries? LOL j/k ;) ;)
I like that idea, Tia! Didn't we sort of do that last year?!?! :D We rode some rides, ate, rode some rides, ate, rode a few more rides, then ate. WooHoo!! :p :p :p :p

It would be much easier to list where I HAVE eaten!! HAHA

So, these are places where I HAVE eaten:

Magic Kingdom:
Crystal Palace
Cinderella's Royal Table (for breakfast on my birthday!!)
Tony's

MGM:

Mama Melrose
Hollywood & Vine

Epcot:
Alfredo's
San Angel Inn
Rose & Crown (had a table outside by the railing during Illuminations!!)

Animal Kingdom:
Rainforest Cafe

Downtown:

Resorts:
Tea at the Grand Floridian (don't know the name of the place!)

1900 Park Fare (Villain's dinner)

And in one week, I leave on my next trip. Jared and I will be eating at Spoodles for the first time, and several counter-service restaurants for the first time!

There are SO many more that I would love to try!!! Oh well, there will be LOTS more trips in the years to come!!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Thanks, Ray! What a sweetheart! :D :D

Debbie, I can't believe I'm going to miss you. I'm coming in when you're leaving. I'm just barely going to catch Corinne. We have to coordinate better next time! Then again, we can all be like Miss Dayna who pops into WDW every other week!! LOL :D :D
