I highly recommend paraffin spas for hands and feet. I've not found anything more relaxing and soothing...and your skin feels like silk afterwards.

I need to take better care of my feet! I try and put lotion on them a few times a week...they get dry but not cracked. Sometimes I pumice them and every once in awhile (more often in the summer) I paint my toenails.

BTW, I keep mine up with lotions, scrubs, and files, but only because I think feet are so gross and I don't want mine to be.

I've never had a pedicure but I might treat myself to one this Spring when the sandals come out. I always paint my toenails during sandal season. Blondie, I love to read those clever nail polish names also. What a fun job someone has naming them, huh?!
I've got good feet, I think. I like a foot massage too. I think a pedicure would be worth every cent!

Interesting topic. I love my feet rubbed and massaged, but they are ticklish, so I can't have any light touches or I'll jump sky high.
I don't wear bright colors on my fingernails, but I will on my toenails. I love reds and pinks.
