Inspired by DeterminedOne's thread: Would you do your wedding the same again?

I loved my big Catholic church wedding and reception for 200 at a nice restaurant. However, if I ever got married again it would just be me and my husband alone on Kapalua beach in Hawaii, or maybe Trunk Bay beach on St. John.

HOnestly, I would do almost the same wedding. We had about 150 people, got married in the church I grew up in by my husband's grandfather. The only part I would change would be the weather for the reception. We had planned a barbeque at my grandmother's house, but a hurricane came through that day, so we had to move everything inside. It was still fun, but not exactly what we had planned.

The thing I would change is I would have gotten married in the church And if my Mil didnt want to come then I should have told her that is her lost.

If I had it to do all over again I would keep it exactly the same. My wedding was truly my dream wedding. My parents were so generous, plus DH and I saved and saved to make the day just how we envisioned it to be. But more importantly than all of that, I got a wonderful husband.
