Absolutely!! I met my best travel buddy here and a number of the most wonderful people I am proud to call my friends.

Tony - I don't think I got to meet you last week but I was there and met many DISers that I have talked to here on the boards and in chat. It was also great to see a lot of my friends again that I had the pleasure of meeting last year. When I see a green ribbon, I always try and take the time to say hello to a fellow DISer and if time allows we talk a bit. It's made my many trips to WDW even more enjoyable when shared with others who can enjoy going back again and again. I can't wait for the meets this year to help fill in the time til we can all get together at WDW again.

Well after just arriving back from "mickey's place" and meeting a bunch of you guys I'd say that I've just met some truly great and wonderful people and I will endeavour to keep those relationships true even from this long distance

Oh you bet I have....the friendships that I have gotten from here have been the best that I think I ever have had. I don't know why but they are - perhaps it's because I'm much older I know how valuable a friendship can be. When my mom passed away in August the outpooring of support and love (and the DISers that made my night) was overwhelming - I know that I would have had a very hard time getting through what I got through without the support of my friends here - you were the ones I turned to when I just needed to cry, or I just needed to yell, or I just needed to mumble and ramble....

I have met some wonderful, true, lifelong friends here on the DIS who have blessed me over and over. That is part of what I love so much about this place.
