I, of course, say crick and we "warsch" our clothes, not "wash"!!

I usually get a crick in my neck while I'm fishin' in the creek.

I feel so inspirational. My SO makes fun of me because I say wire (long i), fire (long i), tire (long i). He said to sound like I'm from "around hnere" I should say wor (for wire), far (for fire), and tar (for tire). He loves to tell me how unSouthern I talk. I just tell him I just don't parle le redneck like he does.

here's another: Drawer or draw? I've always said drawer, but I know an awful lot of people who say draw.

Like it's spelled. Drawer without the a. Only when I talk about chest of drawers (btw, I say chester drwers ). If I'm talking about my drawers in my desk, it's a draw-er.
