Inspire key blocked Dec 13?

Does anyone know why the calendar shows Inspire as blocked that day? I already have my trip set up--hotel (GCH) and air, Dec 12-16. I go this time every year. Yikes! I really don't want to buy a ticket in addition to the increase I'll be paying this month for renewing my pass, sigh.

It's not blocked - it's "sold out" (at least for now). It's the last day that Enchant Keys are available for the year (and for the holidays).

The calendar says there's no more Magic Key reservations available for that day. Most likely some will open up as you get closer to the day. I would check back periodically or set up a reminder through ThemeParkIQ to keep an eye out when reservations open up.

If you are staying at GCH, try going through the hotel bucket. I have picked up reservations that way on days showing sold out to magic keyholders.

If you are staying on site (and your pass is not blocked on the date) you should be able to get a reservation. If you have your room linked to the app try clicking in there and then on make a park reservation.

My pass is eligible for renewal on the 12th of Oct so I think I'll have to wait until then to make park reservations (expires in Nov).

Oh yeah - need to have the new pass to make reservations. It will not let you make them for dates you don't have a pass.

Yep, the same thing happened to me. I couldn't figure out why the calendar wasn't populating. Then it hit me that my pass is expiring.

Once I renewed (a month in advance), I had two sets of reservations. One set of six was on the old pass. I could use those reservations for the last month of my pass. The second set of six didn't start until the new pass started.

Keep an eye on it and you should get something. Right now Dec 13th is available to start at Disneyland but not DCA.
