Never been to DL but will be there Sunday-Wed. Everyone is talking RAIN on Sunday and I have 2 littles with me. So could you give me a list or a link to attractions, shows, etc that we could do if the rain gets heavy (along with the masses) I know its going to be COLD but my girls are willing to battle it out for a while. We have a character breakfast scheduled at 710...so what else should be on our list in case of a down pour?
thanks for helping me make the most of my trip!

There are the usual shows...at DCA there is Aladdin, and It's tough to be a Bug, along with the Animation Academy, Turtle talk with Crush, Muppets 3D show, and Disney Jr Live on Stage. At Disneyland there is a little robot show called Asimo inside Innoventions. It is a short live show that demonstrates the robot, and it is pretty good! There is always the Tiki Room, The Golden Horseshoe Stage, Main Street Cinema, Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln, Mickey and Minnies houses in Toontown...I'm sure I'm forgetting lots. And Pirates and Small World are each about 15 minutes out of the rain!

Lots of rain means less people, so you should be able to get lots done in less time! Have a great time...come back and give us a report, and let us know about your trip! :)

Butterfly's post was well done, however I wanted to add. Small World loads outside, so the boats get full of rain, we like to take a shammy (Sham-Wow) to the parks on rainy days, that way we can wipe down the seats that are wet before getting in (Winnie the Pooh also is an inside ride that loads outside), that way our bottoms don't get as drenched. :) You can carry the shammy in your park bag in a gallon sized Ziploc so it doesn't get other stuff wet, just wring it out over the side of your ride vehicle and put it away. :)

Also, many of the FL rides are inside (tho they will close teacups and Alice) so they are good to do when it's raining.

The Little Mermaid at DCA is out of the rain - both the line and the ride. Blue Sky Cellar (also at DCA) is fun - you can see what's up and coming in the parks. You can always go to DTD and spend hours in the World of Disney store! :) Personally, I would go to DCA in the rain - you could easily spend an entire day there (mostly indoors) with the little ones!

Have fun! :)

Last time we went in the rain we did Splash 3 times in a row ( didn't have to get out ) and then went on Grizzly Rapids - as the teenagers I was with said 'we're getting wet anyway'!
Cut thru the stores on main street to avoid the rain for probably 80% of the length of the street. Otherwise the first list is a good one. Add Soarin' at DCA (the queue is inside if you get fastpasses)
