Inquiring to CM about pins

I thought I'd call in today, and see what is going on with pins. I'm also a TA--- I nearly got my head ripped off by the Cm.
I was lectured that since the fantasyland expansion, less discounts are being offered.
What a bummer. I buy into making vacations magical, but they're starting to take the fun out of it.

But she's right - you should know these things What business do you have calling and asking questions the general public should all have the answer to?!

Seriously, that's not very nice. Not just the 'no discount' story but being spoken to and made to feel that way. Thank you for the heads up. I have been thinking of calling at some stage but I am going to hold off for a while now!

You just got a cranky CM. I called and got some prices and inquired about any pins and the CM was wonderful, checked everything out for me (no pin, bummer), priced SEVERAL scenarios for me, and was never high pressure in any way. He said he thought that a new discount would be available in March, though he didn't know for sure. His name was Leon.
Goes to show it's all in who you get on the phone!
