Inquiring about points for 11/27 - 12/3

I'm new to renting points.

My family and I are currently planning to go to WDW from 11/27 - 12/3. We'd like to stay in a 1BR villa. Preferably WL, BC, BW. Our last choices would be the Downtown Disney resorts.

Does anyone have points available for this timeframe? How far in advance would you need to know?

I have 167 points for rent. WL, BC and BW are all 200 points for the week you are looking at traveling. I could borrow the remaining 33 if you are serious. There is a standard view room at BW for 162 for the week.

I think if I calculated correctly - it would be about 214 points (or 174 BW Standard view).

How much per point? I'll be talking to DH tonight to see if we can firm up these plans.
