Thinking of Trying the Keys to the Kingdom Tour Approx 4 hours. Is it worth it ??? Any Good ??? Comments Please...
THANKS a Big Disney Bunch !

My GF and I are doing this tour in November. These tours are part of why we chose the Gold plan. It looks to be interesting, as well as informative.

DH and I did this in July 2002 and we really liked it. I like learning interesting facts about the park that may not be well known. We got to go into the utilidors which isn't super exciting but kind of cool for the opportunity to go down there. We also got our own boat on the Jungle Cruise and went in the back door on the Haunted Mansion. Our guide was great and full of info about WDW and the Disney Company. Lunch is also included and it was at Columbia Harbor House. There is an age restriction on this tour. No one under 16 years old. They don't want to ruin the magic for kids. We did see Pooh without his head in the utilidors.:scared1:

We did the tour and loved it. I felt like I really learned a lot about the MK, and the things I got to see were really interesting.

We're doing it in June and I can't wait. I've wanted to for the longest time but DD was too young. I guess that's one good thing about her growing up:(

FYI - If you charge it to your Disney Visa you get a 15% discount. They didn't tell me that - I had to ask - I don't know if they would have done it anyway or not!

AP holders also get a 10-15% discount. Great tour! and yummy lunch!

Great tour... I'd do it again in a second, especially with our guide Rae! Even though I knew a lot about WDW going in, it was still informative and entertaining. We went during the NYE rush for my birthday in December and it was a great way to spend a morning.

FYI, if you have an AP or are a DVC member, those also give you discounts (iirc 15 or 20%).

This was one of DH's favorite things. He still talks about that tour. :teeth:

We just did it this past Saturday. I would definately do it again. We got our own boat on the Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean and back door access to the Haunted Mansion. Our tour was at 9:30 and we got done about 2:15. Lunch was at Columbia Harbour House and was very nice, a private dining room and all for us and our lunch orders were waiting with place cards.

I would highly recommend it-we plan on doing the 8 hour tour next.

I'm planning on doing this tour and the Epcot's Undiscovered Future World in August both run about $58 each.
