Input needed on my MK strategy

We will be visiting the MK for one day on Tuesday, March 25th. We are not staying in Orlando so I will have to rely on the kiosks for my FPs. This is a non-EMH day for the MK, 9 on the crowd scale and the group will include myself, DD, DS and my sister. My plan is to finish MK by 4pm or so, and then hop to Epcot and tour some for the evening.

My strategy thus far...

Arrive for RD (9am)
Ride Space Mtn. (I cannot ride this so while the others are, I will gain our FPs for the day--see below)
Ride Buzz
Ride BTMR
Ride HM
Ride IASM
View Mickey's Philharmagic
Ride Carrousel
Return to Frontierland
Ride BTMR (FP+, 11am-12pm)
Eat at Pecos Bills
Ride POC
Order our silver rings from the designer outside POC
Hop train to Fantasyland/Circus station
Walk back way to Tomorrowland
Ride COP
Ride TTA
Head back to POC (FP+, 2-3pm?)
pick up rings, have a snack
Ride Splash Mtn. (FP+, 3-4pm)
Dry off and head to the monorail for Epcot

My specific questions:
Can we finish all I have listed in the morning before our FP for BTMR?
Will the FP return lines be crazy at the times selected? (Ok, I'm pretty sure they will be, but how crazy?)

I am saving Splash Mtn for last in case we get wet, then we can dry in the afternoon sun. I know we probably don't really need a FP for POC, but I'm really not sure what else to use it on without crossing the park again. I tried to plan a "break" after lunch so our tummies could settle which is why I have mellow rides scheduled then. Maybe I should schedule Splash Mtn. earlier and just walk on POC again if we want to?

Thanks for any suggestions. Although I am a pretty good planner and have always avoided long lines, even during spring break when we usually go, we haven't been in 5 years and the FP+ scares me!:scared:

Your plan sounds fairly do-able. If you are driving in I would plan on being at the TTC no later than 7:45am to get over to MK in good time. It is absolutely crucial to be getting as much done in that first hour... your strategy for the first hour in the park is much more important than the exact order you move around from 11am - 3pm, by that time you will wait in line for most rides which have limited capacity. Good Luck and have a great time.

Are you suggesting those driving in be at MK at 7:45 because of parking then getting to monorail?
