Input from anyone with successful 8:05 ADR H&V to TSM plus timing?

So I was denied TH 8:05 ADR yesterday AM for October 20th, but was able to grab H&V 8:05. Either would work for our PH plan for the AM.
Here is what we "hope" to accomplish:
ADR DHS H&V @ 8:05 (myself, DS3 and DD20)
ask for check asap
we don't need all characters, if we do a plus!(we were just there in Dec for lunch) out by 8:45
TSM
TOT
ST
grab cupcakes to go from Starring Rolls or Starbucks :)

What do they do with us at 8:45 and is it an easy task getting to TSM b4 the crowds and getting in and out quickly? TSM isn't a must do, so we can skip and head straight to TOT instead so we can get in and out of DHS. (DS3 insists he's riding TOT this trip)

leave for AK
What time you think we'd be done with the above?

Thank you in advance for any input!

Just curious, what is TH?

Would fast passes work better for you so you and your family could enjoy the breakfast more? Since it is a buffet, your plan is probably ok, but kind of rushed.

So glad you asked this!! We have an 8:05 at H&V and plan to go right from there to toy story (because my kids will be obsessed with it). We do have a fastpass - but we're hoping to at least ride it twice.

I guess I haven't been as concerned about this early res + top ride combo as I had been about the MK ones. I just kind of assumed this would be a little less crazy . Hopefully we can get to H&V, ask for the check, not rush too much, but still be to toy story before the crowds. Thoughts?

I've done the 8:05 ADR at MK (Love it!), this is a first for me at DHS.
We Fp'd TSM last trip, so I'm not sure what the RD stampede is like if we are already there. And, where do we wait?
Want to make sure we can get in and out of DHS for our challenge of 1 day of park hopping our favs! :goodvibes

Hopefully someone with experience will offer us some input. :wizard:

Last year, we had an 8:05am at H&V. I think they brought our check immediately without us even asking. I think they are used to it! They handled everything very efficiently. We had already eaten and paid and had been still sipping our coffee when I saw the stampeders coming through out the window. I grabbed DS7 and headed out the door to go to Jedi Training sign-ups. The rest of my family went the the bathroom. After JTA sign-ups, we all met back up at TSM and the wait was about 30 minutes by then, which worked fine for our touring plan. We had gone to ST afterward, probably around 10am by then. We did have a FP+, but I recall the standby line was not yet very long. So, we didn't do the same thing as you, but I do think your plan would work.

Why rush? Do an ADR for 10-1030am and ride TSM with a FP. H&V will be much less busy at that time.

I'm using FPs at AK after we hit DHS. We are only going for a short 2 night trip this time around, so we decided to park hop and hit a few fav rides at different parks, a little challenge for ourselves to make it even more exciting for us. We originally were going to do all 4 parks, but decided to skip Epcot this trip.
Anyway, I thought an 8:05 ADR would feed us early, so no need to factor in meals until we are done hopping for the morning.
DHS and AK until noon, then rest until MK and MNSSHP is the "plan". We'll have a rental car too, so hopefully it'll go smoothly.
Just double checking on TSM after our ADR, to see if we should attempt it or just head straight to TOT. :goodvibes

Gotcha. Sounds like a lot to do in a short amount of time. I would do TSM right after breakfast then. Unfortunately having an early ADR doesn't get you much of an advantage in getting to TSM any faster.
