Innovations, Stem to Stern seminar signups?

Will be on the 1/30/16 Fantasy Cruise. How do you sign up for the different seminars such as Innovations, Stem to Stern, etc.?

If it is not ticketed, you just show up. For the drink tastings, look at the navigator when you arrive at the port and see where it says to sign up. If you do not see it, or forget to look, show up at guest services and they will take care of you!
