Yes, they have clear inner tubes for rent at SAB. The pool shop is located right by the pool and you can rent them by the hour or the day. Sorry but I forget the prices.

We were just at BC and yes you can rent the inner tubes for the lazy river but sorry I forgot how much they were per hour, you can buy the noodles for $4.

Noodles yes. Inner tubes MUST be clear and if the pool is crowded they might not allow you to use tubes brought from home.

The lazy river at SAB is very deep, maybe 8 feet deep and it's a very short loop. PLus the current is very swift.
