Last week I booked our 4 day stay for Vero beach in June..the customer service rep talked me into an ocean view room in the inn part instead of a studio and now I'm having second thoughts--any votes either way..we've never been and I could use the advice of you experts out there! Oh and it is myself, DH and DD (6)

Thanks in advance

ps--any of site restaurants recommendations? We will have a car as well and want to explore......
also..what were your childrens favorite activities??

You will LOVE an ocean view room!! :thumbsup2 It's just like a studio, with two queen beds. Our room on the third floor had a HUGE patio. We took the table and chairs out there, and ate our meals there. It was so romantic! We left the doors open overnight, and listened to the ocean. I would definitely say you did good to get an ocean view room. Vero is a family resort, meaning that there are tons of things to do there for the kids. They have minigolf at the pool, a DJ, and a cool kids pool area, too. the clubhouse is right there.

We ate the sunday champagne breakfast in the restaurant right in the resort, had lunch in the restaurant overlooking the ocean, drinks in the bar overlooking the ocean, walked along the ocean--it was a wonderful end to our Disney vacation!! I even considered adding points at Vero, except the chair problem at the pool was just too irritating--three people swimming in the pool, yet all the chaises are taken. It was so selfish--but the rest of this resort is a real jewel. pixiedust:
