OP - I'm so sorry your SIL put you in the postion she did. That was not right of her to do that to you. I'm glad that you and your DH came to an understanding and a decision to take your immediate family as planned. I hope you have a great trip!

I dont understand why they will not add your dn...I know you said why, but that is a crock. You would be at a table for 4 just put the high chair.

Our DD's highchair always took the place of a chair so highchairs are counted in the seating count. In this case, they would need a table for 5 and trying to squeeze a highchair into a table for 4 would make for a very crowded table at most WDW restaurants.

we are going the week of August 17th! The beginning of free dining...I bet it will be super crowded! Thanks

Why cancel any of the ADRs you already have?? If they were made together than keep them that way and when you get there let them know then that the others could not make it.

ETA: I read some responses after posting this and sorry it was not a good idea. We had a Disney CM make a reservation for us and they also made it for a party of 6 but it was no problem telling them it was just the 4 of us.
