Is there a copycat baking mix to use other than the Atkins one? If so, where can I find it?

S/F pudding--I bought it but it contains aspertame. Yay or nay? Is there one w/o aspartame?

Is there a lo carb tomato sauce? I saw something posted about Frank's Marinara? Is that in the refrigerated section? Any others?

Those all the questions I can think of for the moment.

Frank's was right in there with the other ones. I went through all the jars when I was there. I was dying for sauce :) If you can not find some I am willing to send you one out!!

Wow! What a kind gesture, glo. Thanks. I know that I have seen Frank's before somewhere. I, too, was trying to read through all of the jars at Walmart the other day but my DS was getting restless, so I had to move fast. LOL! He is tough to take shopping. I have to keep it to less than an hour. Supre Walmart is tough to do i n less than an hour.;)

Check out www.netrition.com for lots of low carb goodies. Be sure to click on their low carb page. Or just click HERE to go directly to the low carb products page.:D

I think I've read where low carbers over at www.lowcarbfriends.com have a recipe to make their own Atkins type baking mix. Look for it on the recipe message board -- or post a question asking for it.

Be careful with the SF pudding. It may be SF, but there are still carbs! Check the label, and be sure to count them.

I make my own "pudding" - actually it's more of a mousse, buy whipping up some heavy whipping cream, softened cream cheese, a little cocoa, and some Splenda! It's very good! In fact, I even make that for dessert when we have company! They never realize they're eating low-carb! LOL! You can even serve it in a pretty dessert bowl, or I've even used wine glasses, and top it with a few raspberries to make it look very fancy!
