Anyone have either of these strollers? They look almost identical but the Swift is about $70 less. I don't have a problem paying for the Quest but I am worried about the tipping aspect. I want to purchase a new lightweight stroller for our upcoming trip for our 2 1/2 year old and have looked at everything and these are the two I keep coming back to. We also have an 8 and 9 year old so I would want to hang some type of bag on the back, really like to Skip Hop ones. Any suggestions would be great.

weight limit for iglesina is 45 lbs (and in fact it may only be 40 lbs), check their website for details.

maclaren weight limit is 55 lbs.

I used a Swift from the time my DD was 18months until she turned 5 last year. I loved it. She did not want to give it up. She would ride in it all the time. DD took plenty of naps in it at the shore. We finally told her she had to start walking if she wanted to go to Disney World this year for her 6th birthday.

My daughter is in the 97% for height and weight.

I never owned a Mac, but I chose the Swift because it was a little taller and has the larger wheels. I had a Zooper and the smaller wheels were rougher. My ds is 2.5, 35in, 29lbs. I bought 1lb wrist wts and put one over each front wheel, greatly diminishes the tipping. I use a Graco rain cover. I have a little mesh CarryYou bag on the side of the seat for a sippy cup and a Valco baby cupholder--and a Mac organizer. I really like it for a lightweight. I don't usually use diaper bags--they are always too heavy. I use the lightest wt bag I can find, I have a bagallini and a lesportsac but not traditional diaper bag styles.

I love the Inglesina Swift and have used ours with a Skip Hop attached to the handles without it tipping over even when empty. The Mac's I have tried all seem to be very tippy and have smaller wheels which can be more troublesome. Good luck deciding!

I have both.

It is actually easier to push my 49lb ds in the Swift than it is in the Quest. The wheels are bigger on the Swift and it has a suspension so that would be why.

The Quest has an extended legrest, the Swift does not. Otherwise they are very similar in terms of recline, canopy, handle height, etc.

I agree the Quest is more tippy.

Thanks. They seem pretty similiar so I went ahead and bought the Swift for $95.99, much cheaper than the Quest. Now a stroller bag, but I think that will be easier to decide on. I appreciate all the feedback! Any by the way, I know strollers have limits, but who weighs their child and says "Can't use that stroller anymore." I have 2 older children and I don't ever remember thinking that!
