Infrequent characters

Hello all,
I was wondering if someone knows where we can meet some characters that are not seen often. Some of the ones I would want to meet would be :

Carl Fredrickson
Stitch
Mice from Cinderella
Jose Carioca (from Three Caballeros)
Mother Gothel
Sully

We saw Sully outside the Monsters Inc ride in DCA. Not sure about the others though.

I happened to run into Sully just as I hopped off the Tower of Terror first thing in the morning. He stopped and took photos with everyone But I don't know where he was on his way too...

I have seen mice from Cinderella at both Goofy's Kitchen and Minnie's breakfast, but, of course, they're not always there and character breakfasts are a bit pricey.

Sully appears regularly in Hollywood Land in DCA. I see him most often across from the restrooms closest to the Hyperion.

Stitch also appears pretty often in DCA. During Thanksgiving week, we found him doing a meet and greet near Tower of Terror by the big gate the parade floats enter and exit through. I have also seen Stitch in other parts of the Hollywood area. Also, last I heard he is currently part of the Visa meet and greet, so if you have a Disney Visa, you can check that out. Stitch's appearances alternate with Minnie's. Finally, the breakfast buffet at PPH used to be Lilo and Stitch themed, and I have heard that Stitch still frequently appears there even though the meal is now hosted by Mickey.

I saw Sully today over there taking pictures today too I think he was just out doing meet and greet.

I saw some bears over at Reindeer roundup. I didn't think they were The Country Bears they were with Billy Hill.

I also saw Pinocchio on Main Street.

We met Russel at the challenge area in DCA but we didn't see Carl. Not sure when you are going to the parks but from the pictures of last year I think the Three Caballeros will be at DL for Three Kings Day which will be Jan 4-6th. I know Stitch has been at Surf's Up (Character meal) pretty frequently.

I saw some bears over at Reindeer roundup. I didn't think they were The Country Bears they were with Billy Hill.

The Country Bears have been appearing with the Billies during the finale of their show during the holiday season.

Carl Fredrickson Only appeared in Parades at DL Resort. No Meet & Greet.
Stitch Often out at the end of Hollywood St.
Mice from Cinderella Suzy and/or Purla are out 1-2 times a week at the DL Castle, no Jac or Gus-Gus.
Jose Carioca (from Three Caballeros)
Will be out at Three Kings in January. Also in Soundsational Parade.
Mother Gothel Never happened.
Sully Often out near Monsters Ride or end of Hollywood.

I didn't see any of the characters on the OPs list, but there were some random characters out at the Disney Dance Party in DCA (next to Monsters Inc.). I stopped in to see what it was and remember seeing Cruella and the Genie. It's not a character meet and greet, but there were some interesting characters there.

I saw Jack and Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas in New Orleans Square on the 26th! I think I've seen Sally before, but never Jack - he was pretty cool and creepy. I know, not in your list.

I haven't seen Stitch in a very long time, he used to have his own breakfast at the PCH Grill.
