informing reservations i am a loews member?

When I made my ressies I wasn't a loews member, now i am.
Should I call the main ressies no# (the one on the resorts pg at universal site) or should I call the no# to the resort itself and inform them?

Also if my DD and DN are 12 will they get the pail and shove or the gift for teens? I think both would balk at the pail and shove idea.

I would call the reservation number and have them add your Loews number to your ressie. I think the ages for the pail and shovel is 3-10 (I might be wrong). My 10 year old balks and doesn't ever use hers. She doesn't know there is a different gift for teens.
