This is NOT a sales post but rather a request for information on the value of this snow globe I have.
It is of the St. Paul's Cathedral and instead of snow floating when shaken there are birds. The song "Feed The Birds" plays clearly and there are no cracks on the globe. The water is clear and full.
It has the commemorative stand with the protective plastic over the brass plaque.
I understand it's rare and coveted. It breaks my heart to part with it.
If anyone has any information as to its current value and demand, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it! :-)
Have a great day!

I've never seen it before, but it is gorgeous! I wouldn't ever spend more that $40 on a snowglobe, though. It seems to be selling well on eBay in the $900-1000 range.

Would you mind letting us know how much it was retail to start?

I bought it from The Disney Catalog. It was somewhere around $80, if I remember correctly.

Actually it was about $65. I remember because I really wanted it, but my husband and I were just beginning our family and had bought our first home. I couldn't justify spending it on a snowglobe... I always hoped I would get another chance to buy it, now it's selling for $850... so I still can't justify it. :(

A 2 year bump? Been a lot of strange thread bumps recently!:badpc:
