Information re. villa categories at AKV, BWV

I'm planning a late August trip and hope to maximize points by booking Value or Standard View at AKV and Standard View at BWV. I know that these can be hard to get, though, specially at 7 months out. Somewhere I saw threads and sites that gave numbers or percentages, like Standard View is only 20% of rooms at BWV? Does anyone know about where I can find these figures?

Can't help with AKV, but for the BWV, the standard view units make up about 20% of the total available, the Boardwalk view make up another 20% and the rest are Pool/Garden.

That time of year is quiet at DVC resorts (especially when the WDW resorts have free dining), you might be able to get a standard view at BWV at 7 months. You may have to waitlist.

Both will be fairly hard to get. You are unlikely to get either at 7 months out most of the year but you never know. If you wait list there is a decent chance of success for part of the year, less for others like Dec, mid summer, Easter.
