Information on Baths/Virgin Gorda DCL excursion

I have booked the shorter of the two excursions offered for the Baths/Virgin Gorda on DCL in April. It is a newer excursion offered so I have a few questions about it. It will be DH, DS(15),DS (12), DD (8), MOM (66), Step father (59) and myself. Do we need water shoes or recommend them? I heard that better quality ones are advised for this excursion. Should I wear my usual shoes and bring my water shoes with me? Clothing recommended to wear ? Do they supply towels or do we bring our own? Any showers to rinse off the salt water after? Trying to see what I need to buy and bring with us since we are 75 days away. I heard it is quite a hike down there and back up. Want to plan what to bring for the day.
