Info on Victoria & Alberts?

So I convinced DH to go to V&A's but am wondering if we would be able to ask for no fish as part of DH's meal? Also, how much is it to sit at the Chefs Table? Do we pay when we make the reservation or once we get there? Any information is appreciated.

Not sure of Chef's table pricing b/c we did the "regular" table. I believe you could ask for no fish . . . someone calls you back to confirm your reservation personally, ask if you are celebrating anything and I believe also asked about dietary restrictions. You pay at the end of your meal, not ahead. But I think they do have a partial charge if you cancel less than 48? hours before your ressie.
