Info on Town Cars

Hi all!
I have been trying to get back to this post since I read it after posting myself but never found the time between work and school. It looks like almost every company has good and bad points. By the way, Buckaroo's Dad, I would have exited the car only the driver had the child safety lock on, and he didn't get a tip and was visibly mad about it, on the other hand I was quite visibly VERY mad. We did call Tiffany about it after we finally got home (Another long story). We'll see what happens this year.

We would not recommend Your Ride car service. We had booked them to pick us up for our return ride to MCO on 11/1. They did not show up. When we contacted them they said that we told them that we were on the Carnival Glory and that the driver would be at their terminal at 9:30. I had never even heard of the Carnival Glory before sailing on DCL. I have email from them confirming an 8:30 pick up at DCL terminal. When asked what they were going to do we were told that a driver couldn't be at DCL for at least 45 minutes. I told them that this was unacceptable. They told me to take a cab. This is exactly what we did. Luckily for us there was a women in the parking lot who had a minivan taxicab. Thankfully Virginia's taxi service saved us from standing out in the sun for 45 minutes.

King of a funny end to this story. When we returned home my DH checked our email. Your Ride had emailed us on the day before, Friday, asking what cruise ship we were on. They must have lost our information. We thought the email was funny because how can they assume that anybody is checking their email when sailing!

Oh well, live and learn!

We used Your Ride twice and had great service - would highly recommend though it seems each service has had bad days!

Does anyone have any feedback on a1limobus.com ( also knows as orlandolimorental.com) .... They have hummer and suv limos which DS14 was promised as reward for a good report card ..... I haven't seen them mentioned here but the correspondance I've received from them has been pleasant and professional.... Has anyone used them in the past?
