If you wish to finance with 20% down then you pay 9.75% interest. If you wish to put 10% down then you pay 10.75% interest. If you finance the smallest down payment is 10%. If you wish to start the loan process then you must put down $500 and have 30 days for the rest of the downpayment. They do not report to the credit bureaus but if you finance they will pull all 3 credit bureaus(hard inquiries lower credit scores so only pull if you are serious). She said they never turn people down considering this is secured but may want more of a downpayment. She also said the whole process is negotiable so try and start low.
You can get up to a max of 10 years financing. I only got the figures for 10 years but with 20% down:

Here is the clincher. They have overbooked points so your point month will be June 2005 which means your payments do not start until June 2005. In order to make up for this they have 2 options now. The first is you receive $10 per point credit against the price of the DVC you want to take out. You can use this as part of your downpayment. For example, you take this option and put 20% down. You put the first 10% and they will put the other 10%. The second option is you get points NOW. You will receive 150 points(as soon as you put the 20% down) which are NOT bankable points. You must use them by September 2005. You still get your 150 points starting in June so if you wait them in June you will have 300 points available or you can just start using them right away if, of course, the rooms are available.
