info on rooms at WL

We are about to book our first DVC trip to WL and are looking for info on the best rooms to request. We are also looking for info on the view from the rooms. We will be reserving a 2 bedroom and will be travelling with an infant and a toddler.

most of the rooms have a woods view

just ask for a room near the elevator on the Bay Lake side - the bad views are on the other side.

It is extremely difficult to ask for a specific room (as well as trying on the CM’s). With the new room ready policy, guests have reported getting several choices at check-in and this may than help. You will love the Lodge. It is amazing!!

The red roof is VWL, the green roof is WL. As you can see, at VWL, you are pretty much looking at trees.

Makes sense, since the theming is the Great Northwest!!
