Info on Express Pass Plus and Express Pass

It's my first time to US/IOA. Could someone tell me whether they still have the express pass and the coupon books to get on the rides without a long wait. I'm interested in knowing where do I get these coupons and how much do they cost? There's nothing on Universal's official site about them. Why the secret?

They do sell them on the Universal site. You pick your dates and type of tickets to purchase and then it takes you to as screen that lists express plus passes to buy. You can't find them without putting in your date as different dates have different prices. If your date is too far in advance, it won't list them either. When are you going?
