I don't know for sure but I read that it was a 5 minute drive to Disney springs. Just be aware that there is ton of extra fees if you aren't using points. The Buena Vista South one is further away but doesn't charge all of the fees.I apologize for hijacking but would you all agree that the Buena Vista location is the best for Embassy Suites hotels? We need just one night, off property, after disembarking a cruise ship. We wanted a day to relax, drive to Disney Springs and enjoy the manager's reception in the evening. Can any of you recommend which Embassy Suites would be ideal? We will have a car. Thank you in advance!

I'm a Littled confused by the comments so far. Looking for a place to stay one night, two rooms for family of 6. We have reservations on site at disney the next day and just a nice place for the day we fly. The kids will want to swim and we need to eat but other than that, pretty straight forward. Everyone complains about the parking and resort fee at lbv, but the base rate is much cheaper than south so it seems like a non-event. Aaa rate at lbv is about $120 plus the parking/resort and lbv south is $180. I see that south is only a few years old but the other was remodeled in 2014 and gets great reviews. From pics, lbv looks more elaborate?
So for one night, a little pool time etc before we drive to our disney resort the next day, suggestions?

you may have already booked, but so far I agree with you. I actually just booked LBV for the same reasons. Either way I love their flexible cancellation policy so I can keep looking LOL
