info on conceal and carry on disney resorts?

I may have to call security but I need information as what we need to do..We will be driving from Indiana my husband has a conceal and carry permit from Indiana, as far as I have researched we are good to travel with through all states..My only concern is when we get to the resort, we are fine with keeping it in a locked box and handing to security till the end of stay..We just prefer to travel with protection, especially in these times..Does anyone have any information or who I need to contact? Thank you..Also we are not just going to Disney we are spending a few night at Daytona before we head over....

My husband is a law enforcement officer and can carry a firearm. We have gone to Wash DC and he carried his firearm into all the museums, he just had to go in a separate entrance and show identification. My husband is also a firearms instructor. Don't know why any place would not want trained firearm personnel in their places since the world is so unstable.

Because Disney can't vet everyone who claims to be trained and allow them to carry loaded weapons into their parks and resorts. And sometimes, "trained professionals" in possession of a firearm go ballistic and become "the bad guy." Disney wants to know and keep track of who on their property has a firearm so that in the event of a situation, they will know that anyone ELSE with a firearm should be treated as a suspect. If there are random people brandishing firearms during an active shooter situation, how do you know which ones are the bad guys?

Totally agree. I WANT properly qualified folks to be packing heat.
Just the fact they say no firearms whatsoever is an invite to the bad guys.
