Info needed

DW & I are planning on WDW trip 10/21/07 - 10/26/07, my wife says I suffer from CDPD (Compulsive Disney Planning Disorder), but I need to know two things:

1) Will the new sit-down restaurant in AK will be open by then?
2) Is Disney planning anything special for the 25th anniversary of Epcot?

Most importantly for everyone on the boards: have a safe and happy Holiday season.

Haven't heard any definitive information on either of those things, but a little Disney research might be in order.

According to a restaurant industry website, it will be an Asian themed restaurant, located in the Expedition Everest area. Operated by Landry's (Rainforest Cafe, Joe's Crab Shack, etc). According to the website, construction has begun. No opening date has been announced that I am aware of.
