Here's a nugget of information I did not know and found out this morning while making my ADRs at 180 days.

Perhaps it's mentioned somewhere, but I never saw it.

I have a split stay planned, consisting of 9/28-10/1 at Pop, then 10/1-10/5 at Yacht Club.

Today was my 180 day mark. I got myself up early (5:45 est), was positioned properly in front of my computer at 6:coffee:. Logged on to disney dining and could only make reservations for my Pop stay:sad1:. I didn't really need any for that stay since I'm probably going solo for that part. What I really wanted was Ohana for 10/2 (and early enough so we could get to Epcot for some drinks/Illumination), but it wouldn't let me make i:sad2:.

I got to work at 7 and called the dining line and was allowed to make them with a CM, but took about 25 mins from start to finish. I only made that one, and a Cape may breakfast and will wait to make any others since nothing else is very difficult to get.

Not that big of a deal to me since it's just DH and I, but for those of you with your heart set on BOG for your little girl, this might be useful info.

I had run into this issue last month, as I had booked my first ever split stay; May 16-20 at YC and 20-23 at WL. At the 60 day mark, I went in to set up my fast passes, and it only allowed me to do those through the 20th. I called and the CM I spoke with said, "even though the system sees you are staying on property unti lthe 23rd, it still considers it two reservations". So I waited an additional four days and then made the rest of them. So when your 60 days comes up for fast passes, you will encouter the same little hickup, unless they have that fixed by then. Enjoy your trip!:)

I had the same experience last week with a split stay and making my ADRs. First CM turned down booking ADRs for second stay. So did second CM when I called that evening. Next day I called again, this third CM was able to book both stays, even tho it was longer than 180 days from the second resort stay. And they all showed up in MyDisneyExperience. So what was the difference? I can only guess that some CMs know how to work around the technicalities of 180+10 with split stays, some don't. I had read other reports of uneven handling of this issue. As with all things WDW, calling a second, third, or even fourth time might result in the answer you're looking for regarding many issues, not just ADRs.

This happened to me too! The phone took forrreeeeeeeeever (well maybe that is because my first call got dropped right at the end and I had to call back - 2nd lady took longer). Wish there was a way for them to see you are staying onsite the whole time!

Ugh! I wasn't even thinking that far ahead, but I'm sure that will still be an issue:worried:

Ah! I posted a thread re: my worries about booking ADRs with a split stay on the main restaurant thread. So sad it will affect my FP+ selections now too. In October, I was able to book FP+ for the number of days I had tickets regardless of where I was staying. Boo.
