Info and opinions about asmu

Hello! I need info and opinions about asmu. We have stayed at asmovies, but couldn't get it this time. Are there hairdryers, shampoo, etc? What bldgs do you suggest? How can I request a bldg? How are the rooms, food courts, etc. in comparison to asmo? Any thoughts would be welcomed.

Yes there are hair dryers and shampoo, and soap, I can not remember if there was lotion.
I like the Allstar Music because of its lay out, most of the buildings are not that far from the main pool and the food court.
You can make your building request when you make your reservation, if you've already made your reservation then you can call CRO and have your request added to your reservation.
I have stayed in the Jazz building and it was a great location without having to pay for a preferred building. The Jazz buildings are right next to the Calypso buildings which are the preferred buildings. I would also request a room facing away from the pool as it can get noisy at night...although my brother's room faced the pool and he said he never heard anything, but then he is a really sound sleeper.
I liked the selections at the foodcourt but I can not compare the 2 foodcourts as I have never stayed at the Allstar Movies.
