We are heading to Disney in September and are now bringing our 8 month old. With that being said, I was able to change all my reservations over to a party of 5, except for Crystal Palace. Every time I call Disney Dining I get a different response. Will they reject us since we are going from 4 to 5 (including a baby). Or will I just have to let my mom and sister eat with my four year old? Or will they allow a high chair or him on my lap? I am so organized normally that this is causing me an ulcer!:confused:

Odds are good you will get in. However, every person counts, no matter how small. If the restaurant is at occupancy, they can't let even an extra baby in.

The problem you have is that you will now need a larger table. Disney won't allow you to have a table for 4 and hold your infant on your lap. They will put you at a table for 6. Keep trying to change your ADR ahead of time. If that doesn't work, show up extra early and explain what happened. And keep your fingers crossed! Hopefully it will all work out. Good luck!

Infants are going to be counted as a party member for dining, regardless of their age, whether they will be eating, or whether they will need a chair.

They will probably not reject you, but there is an outside chance, if the restaurant is very full or running far behind, that they will not allow extra guests beyond those already listed on the reservation.
