Hi,

Staying in 2 different WDW hotels in September. I have a Infant with me and need a Pack n Play. Do they realise this when a booking is made with an Infant, or do I need to request it? If I need to make the
request, how do I do it? I'm staying at AoA and AKL.

Thanks, Stevey

You should add it on your reservation. I had to have it brought up one time and one time it was waiting for me, but I don't think they are stored in the rooms.

Most rooms do not have a pack and play in them, you have to request one. I would note it on your reservation and remind them again at the front desk.

Thank you. I didn't notice anywhere on the reservation to do this, and I've now already made the reservation. Can a note be added retrospectively online?

How clean and nice are the pack and plays? We are driving down so we could bring our own, but the less my hubby has to pack and bring to the room the better...Anyone have any pictures?

Unless you are staying in a DVC room, you will need to request a pack n play. You can do so at check in. I've used a pack n play at disney twice and did find it to be very clean. They also provide a sheet for it. I wouldn't hesitate to use theirs vs. bring my own. Too much of a hassle!

If you've already made your reservations, the only way to add the request is to call the reservations line. Or you could wait until you check in.

Thanks, I think I'll call, hopefully there will be already one in the room when we arrive. Arriving approx at baby bedtime!
