Inexpensive room with a fridge and microwave?

We need a room for two nights in December before we check into SSR. We are spending those two days at Sea World and outlet shopping. We don't care much about the room, other than it be clean. Also, due to our little guy's special diet, it must have a fridge and microwave. We also need something as inexpensive as possible, since we're blowing the budget on the rest of the trip! We really don't care about location, etc. We don't mind driving. Don't care about a pool at all.

Any thoughts?

When are you going in December?

I looked at availability for Comfort Inn LBV for Dec. 15-23 and they had a room for $49.95. It has gotten good reviews lately on the boards and has a coffee maker, micro and fridge. Would this work?

I have some hotels at the I-Drive area near Sea World.

1) Rodeway Inn International at 6327 International Dr. quotes at $39.95 per night. The Roadway Inn International offers free shuttles to Universal Studios Orlando, Sea World Orlando and Wet 'n Wild Orlando. The hotel features a beautifully landscaped outdoor pool area, gift shop, Lite Bite Mini Market, two video arcade rooms, an on-site lounge, and a Guest Service Desk offering day trips and attraction tickets. All rooms feature standard amenities like refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers.

2) Quality Inn Plaza at 9000 International Dr, quotes at $49.95 and $59.95. Offers Microwave and Refrigerator with free transportation to Universal Studios Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Sea World Orlando and Wet 'n Wild.

3) Confort Inn at Lake Buena Vista at 8442 Palm Pkwy, quotes at $49.95 and $69.95. Yes, has both Microwave and refrigerator and offers free transportation to all theme parks. Is the closest to Disney property.

Try www.hotwire.com. I beliewe you can search for a hotel with micro and fridge. We got a great bargain with Hotwire last year--$35 a night!

We stayed at the Comfort Inn LBV in July before moving to WDW and the facilities are great for the price. Rooms have fridge, microwave and coffee maker, also a table and chairs so you can comfortably eat in your room.
We found the staff there very helpful and all our requests were met.
The location is ideal with shops and restaurants within walking distance and all just a short hop from WDW.
