Inexpensive place to reorder checks?

My bank does not offer free checks any longer. I'm not willing to switch banks because of this - I don't write that many in the first place. But now I am totally out. Does anyone know the cheapest place to order replacement checks? I'm not picky about design or anything and will be willing to have single checks instead of duplicates. TIA!

I recently placed my first order with Checks Unlimited and had a great purchase. I received 500 checks and 200 address labels for $22.xx and received free shipping. The checks were at the house in less than a week.

I barely use checks but do keep them around. I hope that we get through all these checks before our next move in 2 and half years. I did get the cute disney set since it didn't cost extra.

I did my last order through Vista Print and they were the cheapest I could find. Checks Unlimited is cheap for your first order, but the price goes way up on re-orders.

I too used Checks Unlimited, and as a new customer got a pretty good deal, similar to the poster above. I'll have to look into Walmarts checks, but will wait until we move this summer. Thanks for the tip.

I used Bradford the last time..the big thing to be aware of is do NOT do a reorder, or even try to do a fresh order, at any of the cheapie check companies that have such a great 'first time' deal. I've had the same account for many many years, so forgot who I'd ordered from..I ordered from what I thought was a 'new' place and they cashed the check, sent the new checks and THEN sent a bill for the 'regular low reorder' price..of over 30.00. No thanks. I'll be using Walmart or Current probably in the future. I like the Bradford checks (vintage Mickey), but that was also an 'introductory' offer, so won't be using them again.

I ordered checked a few years ago through one of those discount flyers that come in sunday paper and was robbed blind. Someone at the company printed checked with my account # and a different name and address. They used them and stole everything in my account. By the time the we and the bank found out the $$ was gone and the name on the check was fake (police investigated).

The bank did give us the $$ back because we had proof of a fake cancelled check but it took months and a ton of time.

I will NEVER again order check from anywhere except my bank. They cost more but the security peace of mind is worth it.
