Inexpensive Peel and Stick Wall Tiles?

Hi all. Has anyone used these peel and stick wall tiles? I want to make a 'backsplash' for my kitchen... but I want to do it myself, and I want to do it inexpensively. Any tips? I have a Lowes gift card that I want to use, but I can't find them online...

We have the mickey parts tile sticker things in our bathroom and have had them for about 5 years. I love them and I haven't had any problems. I bought them on e-bay.
