Inexpensive lockers available???

DD & I will be spending the entire day and evening at IOA & Universal Monday August 25. Previously, I've made the mistake of leaving things in a locker at Dueling Dragons ($13.00 yikes!). We'll be bringing along a beachbag of towels, etc. Where can we leave these, ie. in a cheap locker, at IOA????? Please tell me there are all day lockers or something a lot cheaper than the timed lockers at DD & Hulk. Thanks for any help!

What I have done previously was put them in a locker and then rent a new locker just before time expires, or if I'm heading in a direction far from the locker, rent one somewhere else. It is a bit of a hassle, but saves me the money.

I would *love* to know of any "all-day" lockers provided. At least that way there would be a set price that is hopefully reasonable. $13 is outrageous. Sorry you had that unexpected expense on your trip. Could have been a meal for you two instead.

The lockers up front are $5 for an all day usage.

Right when you enter the park from the turnstiles locker rental is located just to (I believe) the left of the pathway leading into the park.

Correct. They're to the left as you enter IOA. You put a $5 bill into the machine, it assigns you a locker, and gives you a ticket with the code which is good all day.
I've used the $5 locker. Brought a plastic bag with a change of cloths, and some snacks. Went on the water rides, got soaked, then came back and changed. Works out really good.

What surprises me, is that there are a few lockers next to Popeye, just across from the entrance on the wall of the building, but they cost $2 to rent for a short period of time. Those should be free (hint, suits, hint). I mean, it's ironic the ride where you really need the locker, is where they only have a few, and they cost money to rent.
What they need is a row of free lockers, across from the bathroom that's between Popeye and Rip Saw Falls.
