Maybe it got wet. You could try to put it in a steamy shower room with a couple books on each end.
Funny we were in Adventureland Friday night and were talking about how we never saw so many people wearing the Indy fedora, maybe it is the impending new film getting everyone excited and into the mood.
When I was a kid back in the 70s my grandma would buy me one of those rubber snakes at the small shop in front of The Jungle Cruise and it is so cool that to this day they still sell them. I often stop by to smell the barrel of rubber snakes as it is a direct link to my DL childhood!
An Indy fedora and a rubber snake around your neck is the way to ride Indy the ride!
They had rubber snakes in Feb. 2007 but this year (Feb '08) we did not see them. I wonder if they were just in the back........DS has two of them and still plays with them.

I'm pretty sure they still have them as I last looked for them during the holidays and they were there. I'll give a look in the next couple weeks when I inevitably go to DL.
I was just wondering how much these Indy hats cost in DL? My friend wants us to pick one up for him when we are there in May... also what sizes do they come in - just Small, Med, large, etc... or ?

The one we bought was made of leather & cost $52 around New Year's Eve this past year. It come in sm, med, large but the large was unavailable at the places around DLR that sold them. You would definitely want to find out your friend's head size before you purchase.
