Can anyone list a couple quick service restaurants per park with indoor seating and air conditioning? I'm assuming all the table service restaurants have it.
Disneyland quick service with indoor seating: Market House/Starbucks on Main Street (pretty limited), Plaza Inn on Main Street (quick service for lunch and dinner only), Pizza Port in Tomorrowland, Red Rose Tavern in Fantasyland, Bengal BBQ in Adventureland, and Docking Bay 7 in Galaxy's Edge.
DCA quick service with indoor seating: Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Cafe (Starbucks) on Buena Vista Street and Flo's in Carsland are the only ones that come to mind. Smokejumpers Grill might have some limited indoor seating, but I haven't been in there for years so I can't remember.
Also I will note that while I can't think of any table service in the parks that doesn't have indoor seating, some of it is very limited with more extensive outdoor seating available. Also if air conditioning is just a nice to have and not a medical necessity, some but not all of the quick service dining locations have ample covered outdoor dining. Hungry Bear is one such place that comes to mind.
DL:
Red Rose Tavern
Alien Pizza Planet
Docking Bay 7
Golden Horseshoe
Plaza Inn
Bengal BBQ
There are some table service where more than half the seating is outside so if you want guaranteed air conditioning, you might have to ask for inside and wait a bit longer.
DCA:
Wine Country Trattoria
Lamplight Lounge
DL:
River Belle Terrace
Carnation Cafe (about half and half)
Cafe Orleans
Oh yeah, I forgot Golden Horseshoe. And I thought Smokejumpers had indoor seating, but it's been so long since I have been there I even forgot the name change and reverted it back to Taste Pilot's, lol. I corrected the name so as not to confuse anyone.

Thanks for the information! Since it's our first time in California we aren't sure how much different it "feels" from Florida heat. In Florida we *need* air conditioning when we eat, lol (we are from an area that has freezing winters and cool Summers - for example, today is 68F and it's a really warm day for us even in Summer). When we get there if we can't eat inside I'm sure we'll manage =)
