Individual Lightning Lane $ - Arrival at resort

Hello, I searched but did not find an answer to this. If I'm arriving at a Disney resort later in the day but I have tickets and Park Reservations, can I purchase my two ILL$ at 7 a.m. that morning? Or will I only be able to do that for my park tickets the next day?
